"2 days to remove a large rickety old wooden deck with a beautiful concrete deck with stone surrounding. Quick work, yet beautiful job. I'd hire Foni Atoa with Vicane Construction again. I will also refer friends neighbors and family if they need any concrete work done"

"We needed our driveway and our backyard patio redone. We had multiple bids and companies come but we decided to go with these. They understood what we wanted and needed and even made other suggestions which turned out perfect for what we envisioned. On top of that pricing was perfect and they delivered on the Promise of deadline and completion. I am recommending them also to my family and friends. I would hire them again anytime"

"They created a fabulous design and Bob accommodated our requests without any objections. Bob was very timely and heard our concerns all the way and ensured that the work was being performed as per our expectations. The crew was also quite friendly and respectful of our space.
I would highly recommend Precision Pavers to all! They do offer coupon on Angie's List which comes in handy as the pavers are not cheap!  I hope there 10 warranty holds good if ever needed... :-) There are many contractors out there but very few like Bob who are honest and deliver what they promise on time!!!!

FAQs for concrete delivery projects in Southlake, TX

The amount of concrete you need varies by project. One 80lb bag covers an area of about 2 square feet, for a slab 4 inches thick. Two 60lb bags of concrete cover an area of about 2 square feet for a slab that is 6 inches thick.

A truckload of concrete can usually hold a maximum of 10 cubic yards.

The cost of concrete per cubic yard depends on which brand you purchase, but usually costs about $110 for bags.

It takes about 41 bags of concrete to fill a cubic yard. Always plan to buy a few bags more than the exact required amount in case of mistakes.

To calculate the amount of concrete you need for a slab, you should find the cubic yardage of the area you will be filling. Just follow these steps:

  1. Measure the area in feet.

  2. Multiply length by width, and then by thickness.

  3. Divide the resulting number by 27 to find cubic yards.
