"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

Dion kept in contact and was always willing to discuss the project and my wishes for the project. I sent him pictures of what I liked and he was able to give me feedback. He even suggested a shower door that was cheaper than the one I originally liked and it ended up being a much better door as well! While he was here working on the project, he was focused and cleaned up each day. He treated our home as if it were his home and he took great care and paid attention to detail when completing our shower.
