"Crystal Carpet Cleaning was very fast to respond to my initial contact request and followed up to remind me of my appointment. They even were willing to call me prior to my appointment so I could meet them at my home during the workday. The employee I met with was very polite and professional and walked through my home with me to know what areas to clean and review the quote I had been given. The same price quoted on the phone is what I paid for the service. The employee who cleaned the carpets did a great job on them, the carpets were very clean, soft and full after being cleaned. It looked like new carpet."

"Long's Floors installed carpet and vinyl approximately 7 years ago. When we had major water damage, the first person I called was Jayson at Long's Floors. We were extremely happy the first time around and just as happy the second time with Long's Floors. Jayson is very professional, knows the products, and is helpful making suggestions. The installers are top of the line professionals. The carpet looks beautiful after a perfect install in three bedrooms, hall, and steps. The steps are complicated; the installers had no problem and the job was perfection. The closets turned out just as nice. The vinyl looks great and, again, a perfect professional install. The flood happened when we were out of town, but I was still able to get 24/7 onsite and into our house within 2 hours of leaning about it. "We had the work completed about 4 weeks ago. We had number of bids obtained, Carpet to Go (through Costco) was by far the best deal for the quality of work offered. Che was our salesperson. The estimate was scheduled within a week, and Che came to our place with number of samples for hardwood and carpet and was not pushy, allowed us ample of time to make decision, and he met us again at the Bellevue showroom. Two separate teams came to do our work, one for the hardwood and one for carpet. Both were very professional and did the work sooner than we expected. Every step of the way, the Carpet To Go staff (Che and Liz) checked on us and made sure that the work was being completed to our satisfaction. I definitely would hire them again. So far, 4 weeks on, we are extremely happy with the outstanding work done."
