"Needed my Samsung fridge icemaker fixed. Doug came out on a Tuesday morning, diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and scheduled for Friday repair. Came back Friday with the parts, did the repair and by Saturday morning, we had ice again. Very impressive and speaks volumes to the level of expertise Doug has with appliance repair. Would most certainly highly recommend Rainier appliance repair to family and freinds should they need appliance repair. Very friendly, professional, honest and most importantly, does the job right the first time. "

"I called Ben and Elizabeth on Sunday late afternoon, and Ben was at the house the next morning. I was so thankful for their speediness. Ben came in and took apart the dryer -- an older Kenmore gas model -- and quickly identified the reason it wasn't drying. He switched out some parts, installed a new fuse and had it up and running within an hour. The whole thing was under $250, which included a service call charge, parts, and taxes. Now, the dryer is probably good for another ten years and saves me from having to buy a whole new washer dryer pair (which is was dreading!) Ben is incredibly professional and fast! I highly recommend the service."

"They came early and were very friendly. They went above and beyond what I thought they would. They took their time and didn't rush to get it done. They were clean, professional, and did a super job. They also helped me move furniture to get this cleaned. They offered allergy lights and a lifetime filter, but did not pressure me to take these."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
