In most cases and appliance repair is a process. More often than not, an appliance may have to be taken apart to diagnose it properly. We don't just stand there and look at your appliance and tell you what "might be" wrong with it. We take the time to take the appliance apart, diagnose it properly and give you an explanation of why and how the appliance started acting up. Sometimes the appliance can be fixed the same day, but more often than not a part will have to be ordered and a return visit will be warranted. So generally how it works is this, it's $99 per appliance to come out and diagnose the problem and give you an estimate for the repair. We offer a automatic 1 year parts and labor warranty on replacement parts. We don't order parts from websites. We order all our replacement parts from reputable parts suppliers so we can warranty the original OEM parts installed.
