"I contacted Ben's to request a diagnosis of a washing machine that had started vibrating badly. He arrived, as scheduled, a couple days later to look at our machine. He couldn't find anything wrong with it other than that the drum somehow was out of round. He had never seen anything like that and said that the drum would need to be replaced. The office later contacted me with the estimate for the repair and it was as much as a new washer so we declined. Ben didn't charge us anything for his trip out or his diagnosis.
