"Brandon was up-front and let me know that my repair on my older washing machine could end up being near the same cost as purchasing a new one, and didn't charge me for the service call to find that out. Appreciate his honesty and absolutely will call on him again the next time we have a repair need!"

"Doug Taylor was great and very professional and informative about my machine. He had great tips on getting the best results on the washer, and was very friendly. I am recommending Doug to anyone who needs repair services. Mark and Jacquie Harding"

"Fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for - wanted to know if it was a quick fix that could keep our 10 year old dishwasher going a little longer or if it was something bigger where we might just replace it. Chris walked me through testing and told me where problem most likely was without having to pull dishwasher out. Now we can confidently put money into new washer instead of spending lots on repair for an old one."

"Able to get same day service. Polite, professional repair man was able to fix my problem."

"Outstanding service. I bought a home with a washer/dryer and the washer didn't work. Because my w/d are not new I asked him to check out my dryer as well. Jesse diagnosed my washer problem and ordered the part right away. It was available the next day and he returned to install it. He lubricated the bearings on my dryer. He cleaned both units, reassembled everything and put it back in place. Great communication also."

"Great , helped move another dryer I had in the garage to the second floor."

"Jess and his wife were amazing. Great customer service. Got out to look at my washer next day and identified what was wrong quickly. Will defintely call him for future repairs! Thank you!!"
