Richie gave me a time of between 1 and 3 same day for the estimate. He and his small crew were held up on another job and Richie called twice to update me on their progress. He gave the quote which was more than I expected but still $300 lower than the next quote. He also offered to pick up a new tank and they would install that evening. By 8 pm I had a new upgraded, larger Rheem water heater with all the parts and work done to bring it up to code and new gas and water shut off valves. By 8:30 we had enough hot water for a shower. All old parts were hauled away. The verdict is still out on the water heater. Time will tell, but coustomer service and quality of work were top notch. I definitely recommend RossCo for plumbing jobs"
