He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. replaced in my home by Dream Home Remodeling. 
This experience was the most positive and easiest remodeling project I
have experienced.  Luis Candela, the owner of the company, came to my home to demonstrate his product, which he did with excitement and pride.  He was so
detailed in his explanation of the benefits of his product and it was obvious
that his windows were far superior to any others that I had seen.  Although his windows were priced higher than the advertised prices of other companies, it was obvious from the beginning of his presentation that his product was better constructed and that Luis would do
anything he could to make the process easy and would go out of his way to make
everything work the way I wanted.  The
installation did end up to be a very easy and quick process.  The installers showed up on time, worked diligently, and finished in one day. 
They were very accommodating by replacing everything they had moved and
cleaning up after completing the work. 
When Luis returned to inspect the results, he was so excited and proud
of how the project had turned out.  He
again explained to me the benefits of these windows over the competition and
the features that made them a superior product. There was one item that I had
initially requested that was not completed to my satisfaction.  He immediately remedied the problem without question, demonstrating his outstanding customer service.  He would not stop until everything was completed to my satisfaction.  I am so satisfied with this experience and with working with Luis, that I plan to use his company in the future to do some remodeling in my kitchen.  I know that I made a positive investment in my
home for now by enhancing the look of my home and saving my energy costs, but

"I was searching Home Warranty providers after a bad experience with my 7 year, soon to be terminated "former" Fidelity Home Warranty service provider. Warranty service providers are essential, for they step in and "act" when life deals you an "Oh Crap" situation like your refrigerator suddenly quits. Every high dollar appliance in a home has a life span that will end whether your prepared for it or not. It's a common occurance that leads to unexpected higher debt concerns while you frantically attempt to save your food from going bad. Got a minimum of $1,700 to get a new one? A truck or a really good friend to borrow theirs to pick it up? Plus time to allow it to achieve proper temperature to transfer your temp sensitive food! Well if you haven't experienced this type of event, in your life, you will! I began by doing some easy research online like searching for best Home Warranty providers. I put some inquiries out to prospective providers and as expected, the sales calls began to ring on my phone. They all have why "they" are the best provider - so take notes and compare policies. Ask whether they cover swimming pools, septic systems, roof repairs etc. So my phone rings with an out-of-state area code and it's Zach from Choice Home Warranty. While on the call, this enthusiastic salesman hit all the "trigger" items I was looking for; *Annual Service Price *Price per claim deductable *Response time You know, all the "need to know" info that helps you make an informative decision. I started paying $550/year 7 years ago in 2014 with my old service provider. The per claim fee was $65. Today in 2022, it's $710/year and $85/claim. Was it worth it you ask? If I figure the math, my total cost over 7 years and only 4 claims was $4,450 or $636/year. This cost paid to replace my pools salt cell and chlorine generator ($1,800 in parts alone), 2 separate Air Conditioner repairs which replaced the coil fan motor, a circuit board replacement, system coil cleansing, relays and a capacitor. (No idea of how much my total cost would have been. I paid $65 twice. Nice huh?) 1 roof repair that replaced the "Cricket", which is a 15' roof section elevational change just below the ridge line. It's important to remember that these repairs don't include "hidden costs" which are personnel and service labor rates. Something you will pay for without a Warranty Service. Here's the best part of the call from this AWESOME salesman. He offered me 6 year "fully transferable", rate locked for life" service policy that when divided out by 6 is LESS THAN WHAT I WAS PAYING ANNUALLY, 7 YEARS AGO!!! So, is a Home Warranty plan a safe bet??? I have a 9 word answer for those without a Choice Home Warranty service plan. YOU BET YOUR DRIPPING SWEATY BUTT CRACK IT IS!!! Props to Zach, YOU DA MAN!!! "Everything went better than expected. Price was very reasonable and work I believe was much better quality than others offered. We had back porch enclosed and screened in, they came up with variety of options. The workmanship was excellent and communication with me as the work progressed was in a timely manner, especially with a few weather delays. They followed up in a few days and came back out to inspect again and also followed up with roof repair. Roof also was inspected and repaired without the hassle of tearing up material to find the leak. Discovered flashing just needed repairing. Told crew I would call them again for future projects and repairs if needed. Would highly recommend Bear Hands Construction, LLC hands down to anyone."

"The removal and replacement of the shingles went well. The crew did not replace the rain diverters over the entry doors. Our sales rep was responsive to text and phone messages but somehow the work never got scheduled until a phone conversation with the main office. One major drawback was that the on-site supervisor did not speak the same language as the roofing crew, I don't understand how they can work that way. Thankfully the roofing crew didn't seem to need much supervision."
