Soon after I had signed the contract, I received a short note from Chad Price, CRC Corporate General Manager.  He wanted to  let me know that if at any time I felt the need to chat with him that he was ready and willing to do so, and he even provided me with his direct line phone number. (I know that it was the right one because as the project was winding down I called him to thank him for the excellent work his team had done).
