"This was an involved project, involving both the deck and fence replacement, which Steel Penn did, in coordination with a second contractor who installed a paving stone porch underneath the deck. Since that work had to be done after the demolition of the original deck, the work of the two had to be coordinated. The other contractor did not quite adhere to the schedule, and that held up the project overall a bit, but Steel Penn folks were willing to reschedule the various parts of their work, so the net effect was smaller than it might have been.
