"Some people just cannot be pleased is my take from this. Buck's was professional from the get go - they were great on the phone - they sent someone over to find the tank (we had no idea where it was) - it is in a difficult location due to fence and trees but they brought the backhoe and got the job done quickly, efficiently and professionally. The tank was full! They came into the house to check the odor issues, fixed a small leak in the laundry room drain (wore booties over their shoes even!) We had them quote a gas piping job while they were here and we were so happy to hire them for that too! We could not be happier with Buck's. Any communication was clear, the job got done and they "schooled us" on maintenance of our tank (since this is our first time not being on city sewer). We had a mess on our hands with gas lines - they needed to be removed and redone, Buck's took out the old mess and reinstalled them properly, they also hooked up our new stove, grill and fire pit. Wore Booties over their shoes while in the house, were polite and respectful, attention to detail, patient with me while I changed my mind about location, eager to please.
