Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."

"The house has a limited amount of guttering so it wasn't an expensive job although another company wanted to charge us $1900- which is a big saving. It went well. I liked the person that talked to us and the guys that did the work got here on time and called us to give us a heads up when they were coming. They were late but called to warn us that they were running over time at their previous job but did it on the day they said they would. The sales pitch from both companies was that they would completely clean and refill all the gutters - make sure that there were no leaks and make sure that the attachments to the floor were running properly. However, that wasn't done - they didn't do that. As it turns out, my gutters weren't that old and they seemed to be working fine- it is not like there is a problem. They came out to test the gutters but didn't run any water and I never saw them with any caulking and so they didn't comply with that promise part of the service. It had been raining and gutters seem to be flowing fine and the guards are in place."

"Metalworks and Improvements installed a raised-seam metal roof on our home.  I checked out a significant number of metal roofing companies in the areas and had narrowed my choices to a small handful for possible quotes.  I had three companies bid and Metalworks came out in the middle.  I ended up picking Metalworks because David Logue was the easiest to deal with, most responsive, reachable and knowledgable representative of the three companies.  I did not regret my choice!  The work was scheduled quickly, the crew and the forman were competent and got the job done with not problems. Clean-up was first rate. We ran into a snag when the crew discovered my existing gutter guards to be incompatible with the metal roof construction but the issue was quickly resolved by David to everyone's satisfaction.

"This work was done on a 50 year old house.  From the very first contact with Cindy Otto, it seemed like they would perform the work as if it was on their own home.  The estimate and contract was very detailed as to what the work would be and costs were broken down into sections; siding, gutters, paint, etc.  The work was completed as scheduled. All members of their team (in the office and onsite) were professional and courteous. Talked to Paul a couple of times and he showed an interest in the project work. Even stopping the work for a few days for an out of town trip was not an issue.  A final walk thru was scheduled with either Paul Otto, Cindy Otto or the foreman on the project. Cindy arrived as scheduled and looked and items we had, wrote them up, took pictures and had them all completed within 2 days.  House looks much better!!
