"Shane did a great job.  We scheduled the appointment in advance, and his staff gave us a 30 minute time window for when he would arrive.  He was running a little late from previous appointment, so they called us to let us know.  When he arrived he was very polite, and finished the work quickly.  He came and went in an hour.  I would definitely use him again. <br /> We had a question about our patio door not latching properly (we just moved into house a few months ago) and he fixed it for no <br /> charge.  I asked for a recommendation and quote to install a storm door to our front door.  Not only did he give me a verbal quote, he sent me an email on what type of storm door to buy with the installation quote. "The house had a lot of problems with the doors and I knew they would need new ones and the front one would need rebuilding because it was off balance due to foundation issues. Also needed new doors and glass structures and storm doors and caulk. Rick was extremely detailed and knowledgeable and had to make it right. He made sure everything was not done cheaply, but done absolutely the right way. He and Roger work well together and they took out all the molding around my window and replaced it with the right wood. Rick even noticed the gutters looked unusual and that the water was a problem when he was looking at basics for the air conditioner. He fixed the gutter draining problem after realizing the owner's before had never maintained it. He sees items that if you don't notice, down the road, they could cause problems.  <br /> Rick makes sure whatever he does it is done the correct way. He is honest and very nice. He is a quality construction man and I will pick him over anyone else. <br />"
