"Randy of Triad Groutsmith at Winston Salem, NC did a detailed estimate and Eric performed the work at our home. Eric made several wall grout repairs in two bathrooms , and cleaned and sealed the 15 year-old grout of the master bathroom tile floor. The work was all expertly done and very neat. Color matching was excellent. The completed areas looked brand new. The work estimate was highly detailed and fairly priced. Randy and Eric were punctual, professional, and very courteous. Communication by phone with the office representative was very efficient. I would recommend them; and would not hesitate to hire them again if needed."

"Tony did a great job. He arrived on time, was professional, quick, and thorough. Would call him for any carpet cleaning in the future."

"My condo has a marble kitchen countertop that was terribly etched and stained. I had several people look at it. One wouldn't even attempt to fix it. Sir Grout's general manager Chrissie looked at it and was confident they could make it look a lot better. While there, she also observed the ceramic tile floors were in desperate need of cleaning and sealing with a painted sealer. The worker who showed up was terrific. The floor looks like new. The countertop was a challenge. Company owner Marc personally came the next day to work on it and when he left it did indeed look like new. These people are a pleasure to work with. From scheduling, to working, to clean up to following up - they are very customer oriented and driven to make sure the customer is happy with the results. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I was so pleased with their work that I hired them to do several things at my residence also. Jamar honed and polished several marble tops we have, he cleaned and re-sealed the shower and polished our kitchen granite countertop. All around, great work, great workers and great experience. I wish they painted!!!"

"Kevin was on time, professional, and did beautiful quality work when many others in the profession said it couldn't be done. If you have a countertop, that many builders are using now apparently, that is an engineered/quartz or marble (in this case Vanilla Sky - white and gray engineered marble/quartz man made material) that has been damaged by a chemical, this is your man."

"Well if the high traffic area of the loft and hallway was treated, the treatment didn’t work because as soon as this area dried, the spots are still visible. Your advertising states “use Coit cleaning, we clean it as good as new” This is not the case."

"I have used the cleaning services for 10 years. They offer dependable, honest and quality services. Upon completion of a job, they will leave coupons for future carpet cleanings."

"Very professional and efficient team that did a great job cleaning our windows inside and outside including the sills. Three men performed the work in a matter of two hours. One man worked inside and the other two worked outside washing windows and screens. There were 13 windows, a storm door and 2 patio doors. They also cleaned the garage door windows at no charge. The windows look great. The best ever. I will definitely call on them again. Thanks guys! Stan S."
