"Toby came the day I called. He cleaned the fireplace and chimney and did a 21 point inspection. He found the problem was a cracked chimney crown. He came back the next day and did the repairs. He caulked the cracks and sealed the outside of the chimney. He painted the chimney cap. He is very professional and extremely tidy. He provided before and after photos. I would definitely recommend him and will be calling on him again"

I had a water spot on the ceiling but thought the recent roof replacement fixed that. Chimney cap was sunk in and water was sitting, slowly dripping into the house. They fixed everything. Fireplace is now safe. Very happy with the work."

"Mr. Baxter was extremely difficult to reach. In June, he said he would come by the next week to look at the job and provide an estimate. He didn't show up and over the next 5 weeks did not return a single phone call. He suddenly just showed up at the house, quickly looked at the chimney and provided an estimate. While it is completely understandable that this is a very busy time and Mr. Baxter is probably covered up with work, it is inexcusable to fail to return phone calls. Customers and potential customers should be treated with more consideration and respect. We ended up going a different route and did not hire."

"My dealings with this company went very well.  We had lived in our house 11 years and had never used the fireplace gas log.  I decided I wanted to use it occasionally but wanted to have it inspected and cleaned.  When I called Aynes Enterprises, the lady in the office explained the cost very clearly.  The minimum charge would be $95, and the charge could go up to $159.95 if repairs needed to be made or anything other than a basic inspection and clean.  The work was scheduled, and the serviceman came at the appointed time.  He was very neat, tidy, and pleasant.  He suggested that we add more lava rocks to the base of the fireplace for cosmetic reasons.  I have a good impression of this company and will use them again. <br />"

"<p>I contacted Rusty,  I was able to send a picture and he gave me a quote right away. He sent me a document with the quote so I could turn it into insurance. He even provided a second, more detailed quote after insurance requested an itemized document. Also, Rusty is a good texter, which makes it easy to communicate at work or for a quick question. </p> <p><br /></p> <p>Rusty and his crew showed up on time and I gave him the picture of the mailbox I was wanting built. I requested 2 different colors of mortar for the stone and brick and he said that wouldn't be a problem. He did more work/diagnostic to the footing of the mailbox than I expected. He dug into the ground and made sure there was 18" of cement from the last mailbox. He also extended the footing for the new mailbox.  </p> <p><br /></p> <p>Rusty and his crew were here almost all day. Rusty is the type of boss/owner who isn't afraid to get his hands dirty along side his crew and I respect that. The custom stone/brick mailbox I chose wasn't an easy task to build; it took skill to get the top portion right. Before the job was complete, he had me come take a glance at the mailbox to make sure it was to my liking. Once it was complete, he wanted to leave the supports overnight and he insisted I not pay him until the next day when he picked the supports up. </p> <p><br /></p> <p>Rusty was a pleasure to work with and you can tell his is a trustworthy, family-oriented business owner (his dad and son are also masons).</p> <br />"
