"Kurt was easy to reach via email or telephone. Apprised us of his approach to stripping our deck of its horrible paint coating and was upfront of the general cost during his first visit. He did need to be reminded to provide a specific contract upfront. Otherwise, deck restoration work progressed quickly once weather conditions permitted start and Kurt finished the large project within a few days."

"We recently hired JW Home Improvement to resurface our deck, repair and paint all the trim on the exterior of the house, and make other much-needed repairs and improvements. We very much appreciated Estimator Josh, Field Supervisor Clinton, and Office Manager Michelle for their responsiveness and friendliness. The team they sent to us, Alberto and Javier, were excellent! Highly skilled in so many areas of construction and painting and problem solving, they were efficient, careful, hard working, and thorough. Good natured, they took the time to explain to us what they were doing whenever we had questions. We highly recommend them and plan to hire them again."

"The dry wall specialist came out at the appointed time and date. Followed through for three days, coming when he said he would - all on time. He did a superb job of drywall repair and matching the 17 year old paint that was on the walls. I would highly recommend Jim Ness and Co for any job. They are coming out to install wall and floor cabinets because I trust them."

"We hired them to do a power wash of the deck. They did a fine job. We recommend them."

"I had a hole in one of the wooden floorboards on my deck. Wanted repair but companies I called would only repair decks they had installed. Had hired Leon before so got an estimate. They repaired floorboard and stained. Also replaced twelve deck posts which had water damage."

"It was all we had hoped for and more. Enhancements that I had not considered were incorporated into the repair process that gives us peace of mind that water and moisture problems are not likely to occur again in that area of the porch for many years."

"Review by Sandy C. in Silver Spring, MD Project: Deck Repair and Exterior Trim I utilized Elegant Homes for several home repair projects. Both experiences from the initial call to the finished project were great. The workers were professional, detailed and considerate. The finished projects were very well done. Definitely would use the again."
