"We had the Geek Squad out 3 times to repair our dishwasher. It was worse after each visit. The 4th time I called them to try and get it done again they said that our warranty had ran out. But 5hat if we wanted to pay them they would come back out. Yeah rite! So we were blessed to be in contact with Bergen Co, LLC. It took him an hour to assess the situation and fix it. We plan to have them back out to do some more work for us."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"My floors in my kitchen and laundry room were completed yesterday. They look amazing and just what I wanted. I was only very specific about one part of the tile to be laid and they made it happen and it looks exactly the way I wanted. They made sure the cuts were correct before they did them, didn’t waste any of the tile. I had porcelain tile and a glass tile accent strip placed. Not a common accent strip in a floor but I wanted a bright and unique accent strip and they made it happen perfectly. They didn’t waste time, but did take their time so it would look amazing. I’m very glad they were available to do the work. Any more tile work and I will not hesitate to hire them as they did what I asked, for a very affordable price, and stayed true to the quoted price. And they also clean up after themselves so don’t worry about a mess as they don’t leave one. I had to schedule my appointment 3 weeks out from the day of the quote but it was worth the wait."

"I contacted Hawk Tile after reading good reviews on Angie's List. I knew that I wanted a tile backsplash, but I didn't know much about what materials I needed or how much of them. Tena was very helpful in setting up a time to come do an estimate in person, and was able to give me some suggestions on tile selection, color, and material. The estimate was very reasonable, so I hired them! After I selected my tile, they picked up all of the necessary tile and other materials needed for the job, which was a huge help to me. Tony and his son arrived right on time and were very respectful of my home and my schedule. They made some suggestions for improvements, which turned out to be fantastic! The workmanship is outstanding, and they are very neat...cleaning up after themselves after each day's work. What I especially liked was that Tony and Tena did not hesitate to answer questions, provide suggestions, and give input based on their years of tile experience. But I always felt that they supported whatever my choices were. I also appreciate that their estimate was very detailed, so I always knew exactly what I was paying for and never felt like any of the charges were at all out of line.
