Plumber showed up well within the two hour window of our appointment. We discussed the work, he gave me a price and we agreed to the service. He had to leave to pick up parts. He returned about an hour later, performed all of the necessary work quickly without making a mess. He was personable and efficient. Both toilets are now in perfect working order. I couldn't ask for better service."

Come to find out, it was electrical like we originally thought. He should have traced the issue before he went in and installed the new heater. UPDATE (08/13/2015): I think it was more of a misunderstanding of how much electrical work he is able to do vs. what needed to be done. He is not an electrician. Once we spoke we were able to get a much better understanding of the issue."
