"Stetson just repaired the damage to our exterior stone wall where rainwater damage had caused a dozen stones to break away. I think that section actually looks better now than it did originally! And the remortared section is indistinquishable from the rest of the wall. I was able to buy the replacement stone at a supply store called Mutual Materials. Stetson is a perfectionist. Our house is very well-built, but it did not conform to current code, and he was able to modify the repair to create a small (<2 inch) gap between the bottom of the stone wall and the concrete driveway, so the liklihood of future water damage (that had been caused by "wicking" of rainwater behind the wall) is now greatly diminished. "I needed a half wall built in my entry. JT was super nice and helped talk the idea through with me. He was able to have it done (built, drywall, texture, staining and trim) in two days. I’ve already talked about upcoming projects with him!"

"After experiencing flood damage, I hired Tony to repair drywall, install vinyl planking, and restore trim. From start to finish, he was professional, prompt, and fair. I really appreciated the software he used—it clearly outlined the scope of work, timelines, and deposits which made the entire process transparent and stress-free. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality workmanship."

"Ben did a brilliant job removing my fence at a fair price. He went above and beyond to get a very difficult piece of hardware out of the ground and referred me to trusted colleague for another job that needed urgent attention. I would definitely call this company again. Alyssa, who scheduled the job by phone, was courteous and professional. "

FAQs for chain link fence repair or alter projects in Spokane Valley, WA

Installing a concrete reinforcement slab significantly boosts the stability and longevity of your chain link fence. This reinforcement creates a strong foundation that protects the fence from erosion, burrowing animals, and high winds. The installation cost is $4 to $10 per square foot, and this robust base minimizes the need for future repairs while extending the overall lifespan of your fence.

Repairing minor damage such as small holes is far more cost‑effective than replacing significant portions of your chain link fence. Minor repairs cost between $100 and $200, while replacing full sections demands an investment of $1,000 to $2,000. For a fence that is 20 years old or older, having an expert assess it now can prevent repeated repair expenses and secure long‑term durability, thereby safeguarding overall fence performance.

If you'd rather remove your chain link fence than repair or replace it, professionals charge between $3 and $5 per linear foot for the job. There may be additional costs involved if there is extra labor needed, like relocating plants or separating the chain-link fence from other existing structures. This also does not include waste disposal fees.

Chain link fences have an average lifespan of 20 years with regular cleaning and maintenance. They stand out as one of the most affordable and durable fencing options available to homeowners and businesses alike. Chain link fences often last five to 10 years longer than comparable wooden fence installations. Chain-link fences made with a vinyl coating often exceed these estimates, providing even greater longevity and weather resistance.
