A representative told me I?d receive a full refund, but instead I was met with manipulative tactics designed to delay, confuse, and ultimately coerce me into signing a release form just to get my money back. They are now refusing to return my deposit unless I remove reviews and sign legal paperwork?even though they never provided any service. This is unethical and potentially illegal under consumer protection and military relief laws. They also failed to provide a fully executed copy of the contract, yet are using a screenshot of my info to claim it?s binding. When I pointed out that their own cancellation clause supports my right to a refund, they pivoted and demanded silence in exchange for reimbursement. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.
