Then they started adding more made-up fees, like $75 for every additional 50 feet ? something that was never clearly explained upfront. They promised delivery in 9?10 days. That was a lie. My belongings showed up 18 days later, with no accountability or proper explanation. The payment situation was another disaster: after initially accepting credit cards, at pickup they suddenly said they no longer accepted cards and that I had to pay in cash. They literally change the rules whenever it suits them. After arguing with multiple people, they ?accepted? my card, but split the payment into two transactions just to charge me double processing fees. Completely abusive. And as if that wasn?t enough, upon delivery they charged me even more money because the apartment was on the 4th flo"
