Dryer hose not on tight and lint had been escaping all around electric connections, wall, and floor. They took care of my issue. They were very polite. It was not an easy install and he spent several hours customizing it to fit exactly right, get the plumbing situated and worked through some electrical issues. He was very professional, polite and the price was very reasonable considering the time he spent doing the work. I would highly recommend him."

"Outstanding installation and good pricing for Carrier HVAC (Heat Pump) system replacement. Salesman was prompt and thorough, although he did not provide us any brochures, booklets, etc. Installer was courteous, experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. Took the time to ensure system was thoroughly operational, confirmed electrical requirements and changed breakers accordingly, cleaned up all debris, and explained operation to us. However, since he was new to McCarthy's, he did not have any installation or service stickers or other company material. The sales representative had promised the following to us, included in sales/order form: one year free service, service information and schedule, copy of registration with Carrier. Three months later, we have not received any communication or follow up from McCarthy's -- despite our calling, texting and emailing the sales rep and office. This is our primary concern: the lack of follow up and poor responsiveness."

When Eddie contacted his vendor to see if he could get a replacement part, he was told that there was a nationwide backorder and that we would not get the piece for 9-12 days. Fortunately, Eddie reached out to his other vendors in the morning and was able to get the piece the next day. He even came in on a Sunday to install it. His rate is very reasonable too, especially since he had to come out to our house twice and work over the weekend. Definitely recommend!"
