"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. "Downspouts from gutters and sump pump discharge were extended and buried under lawn to divert water out to street (away from our foundation). Materials used for drainage was heavy duty PVC pipes (not corrugated plastic tubing), we are confident it will last and not collapse or degrade over time. It is also attractive (at least as far as gutters go), as they used proper fittings to match up to existing downspouts. Used green plastic 'pop-ups' at the exit points which blend into yard and are positioned such that they can be easily mowed over. Lawn was minimally disturbed, they saved and replaced the grassy chunks where possible, and reseeded the rest. Very pleased."
