FULL version: Of 9-10 bids for our bathroom from reputable contractors, Dan provided the only true *estimate.* It was detailed and easy to understand, clearly outlined scope of work, defined exactly what materials we are responsible for, and which he takes care of, proposed clear timelines for work and payment schedule. He really stood apart from verbal ballpark quotes and unclear handwritten quotes. As we hoped, this attention to detail carried through to the rest of the job. He never took the easy or short way, he did everything the right way.
