They have a 24/7 hotline, so I was able to speak someone on the phone even though it was early. Chris, the technician, was able to visit me a couple hours later and attempted a repair. After replacing the sensors and wire, the problem persisted, so he thought the issue was with the electrical in the motor so we needed a full replacement. Chris had more jobs that day and was out of time so he scheduled to come the next day and called me first thing in the morning to let me know the time window in which he arrived. He arrived in the specified window and took him about an hour to replace the motor, sensors, and add an exterior keypad with a new Liftmaster system. Super happy with the quality of the new system (low noise, WIFI capability, keypad). This is the 2nd time I've used Champion, and I will continue to use them because of their fast response time and quality of service."
