"I own a small commercial strip mall. They have upgraded all my electrical circuit panels and the wiring as well as the fixtures. They have added additional lighting for several tenants and after we replaced the roof they added the exterior lighting to really brighten up the surroundings of the building for greater security and visibility all with led lights for energy efficiency. Now they are adding power to a new rock pile sign for the strip mall and tenants. Reasonable prices, professional quality, but the reason we keep hiring them is the customer service is top notch."

"I had called Mister Sparky to have one plug replaced and a switch and additional plug added . They were very prompt . The Electrician David that arrived was very knowledgeable and kind . He did a review of my Electrical panel . He then went over suggestions for things I might consider adding to the repair I needed . I appreciated the feedback I was given but quickly realized that the pricing was extremely excessive for the services offered . After going over the pricing for the two services I was requesting I choose just to replace the plug . So the plug was replaced taking about 5 minutes at a charge of $418.00 . The other service that I chose to decline was adding a switch controlling a plug that would have been about 5 feet away . That declined charge would have been $688. My best estimate is that service would have taken about 30 minutes . I do appreciate when called asking if I would refer them and I answered no because of overpricing they reduced the price . "Jordan was willing to tackle the oddball request of troubleshooting the Christmas tree lights/tree trunk wiring on a Balsam Hill Christmas tree. I’ve had three Balsam Hill Christmas trees with lighting issues and wasn’t going to spend the money again on a tree with “crappy” lights/wiring. I decided to find an electrician who was willing and able to take on the task. Jordan identified the issue and came up with a workaround so that all tree sections received the power needed to run the lights. He was very knowledgeable and professional. If I have any other electrical needs, I would call him again."
