I had 2 outlets installed and I wasn't satisfied because one outlet was not flush against the wall and the other outlet did not line up with an outlet that was right next to it. So I submitted a review and I got a call from the owner of the company today. He said he would send someone out right away to fix the outlets because he did not like it when his customers were not satisfied with their work. Sure enough, an electrician came out to the house within an hour and fixed the outlets. I was very impressed that they didn't ignore my complaint because it was something so small. This is how a business should be run."
