"I had an issue in which none of the lights or receptacles worked in the master bedroom and master bath in one of my rent homes so I assumed one of the branch circuit breakers in the panelboard needed to be replaced. Jonathan troubleshooted the situation and determined the issue was actually five wires wired to the same terminal in the panelboard which over the years eventually caused the problem. He quickly rewired the wires to have each landing on their own terminal point, and the problem was solved for a very reasonable price.
