I paid in full when they ordered a part, and it took them a week to come out and finish the job. I had to read the riot act over the phone to get them to respond, after they had cashed my check! They were supposed to be here at 8:30 yesterday morning, got a text saying they were running behind, and then I never heard anything else from them all day! The service was terrible! She was very responsive to my initial contact and gave me several recommendations and professionals (tile, painters, granite fabricators etc) to contact as I did each project. About a month later after using the painters and tile professionals recommended by Beth in our powder bath remodel we decided to just get all main living areas done. Beth guided me throughout the project on design ideas, paint colors etc. She went tile and granite shopping with me to help coordinate and even went back to mark off a section of granite for the fabricator to use as the backsplash for the stove (which was Beth's recommendation that I love).
