"E and S Remodeling was the first to acknowledge our request for repair work. Set up prompt estimate date with us to assess and provide quote. Arrived on time as agreed. Explained in layman’s terms what would take to accomplish all necessary repair work. We agreed to scope and cost and set date. Again arrived on time and completed all work as discussed and agreed to previously. Sean and Erin were pleasant and great to work with. Went above and beyond to see that work not only met but exceed our expectations."

"Awesome! I had two other companies come out and tell me everything needed to be replaced ($1900 and $2900 estimates were given along with days of work). Tommy came out and said everything could be repaired for $800! He sent me the written estimate and everything was done accordingly! It looks brand new and it only took about 6-7 hours. I highly recommend Tommy and his son!"

"Rob came out and looked at the water damage I had from water seeping into my interior wall. I knew after talking to Rob for a few minutes he was a true craftsman of his trade. Rob works by the hour and he does not mess around. I did not seek other bids . Rob did not disappoint. He was on time every day, explained what he was going to for the day and cleaned up before he left every day. You couldn't tell he had been there. He replaced exterior and interior wood, drywall, trim, caulked and painted. You couldn't tell it was even repaired. Rob is honest, trustworthy and a true craftsman of his trade. If you are in the need of excellent carpenter work Rob is the man. I will definitely use Rob again in the near future and I highly recommend him."

FAQs for pool enclosure repair projects in Spring, TX

An individual pool screen repair makes sense when someone accidentally tore the fabric of a single screen or a certain section has mold or mildew. If you need to repair a large number of your pool screens, however, it could be a more cost-effective solution to consider completely rescreening the whole pool enclosure all at once.

A pool lanai is similar to a pool enclosure, except it is considered an extension of a house. It sits under an existing truss roof rather than a separate shelter. Homeowners often outfit pool lanais with furniture, home décor, and other additions like audio-visual systems. A small lanai costs as little as $1,000 for materials and labor. Most lanais stay under $3,000 on the high end, but intricate layouts or large extensions can cost more in labor and materials.

Pool screens have varying lifespans based on their construction. Fiberglass screens last from 10 to 15 years, aluminum screens last from 15 to 20 years, polyester screens perform reliably for 20 to 30 years, and stainless steel screens offer durability for 30 years or more. Regular inspections and proper installation ensure these screens perform to their full lifespan.

You should regularly clean your pool screens to ensure they are effective and long-lasting. In a bucket, combine warm water with dish soap or cleaning vinegar. Then lightly scrub the screen with a soft-bristle brush or large sponge using your bucket mixture. After scrubbing, you can rinse the screens with a garden hose and let the screens dry in the sun. If you would prefer, you can hire a local window cleaning service to maintain your pool screens.
