I have been trying to reach him for months regarding some issues from his work that needs addressing and I can not get a call back. This is a common issue when dealing with smaller contractors. I am not happy with the customer service and quality of work. Simple as a call back is difficult."

"Tropic Pools enlarged my pool deck area by 400sf. They removed grass, dirt and flagstone areas before adding the concrete. They also cleaned my existing pool deck area and matched the new concrete with spray deck and painted everything to match. Paul came out promptly to discuss my needs and provided a reasonable quote. He kept me informed of the process and when his guys would be here and came by to check their work every day. The guys did a great job of keeping everything neat and cleaned up. Paul also assisted me with fixing some drainage issues. I’ll be calling him again for a patio cover for an outdoor kitchen and when my pool needs resurfacing."
