"Caleb and his grandfather arrived on time. Took the dryer apart, determined the termostat was bad then checked the plug on the wall. It was found there was a voltage problem for the entire house. Hired an electrician to make repairs. After electric repairs complete called Caleb's main number to get on their schedule. No rtn call. Called third time and was able to get on the calendar for 1000 hrs. 8 Jan 26. Rcvd a call that evening and they had to reschedule to 1400 hrs. same day; Caleb called and said he was running late and would be here at 1500 hrs. Did not show, attempted to contact him 2x and then rcvd a text from Caleb saying he had an emergency call and he could not make it at all on 8 Jan 26. Basically told me the dryer he left in pieces in my home was not important. Told him to forget it we would find someone else. Ended up buying a new dryer because I didn't want to deal w/another contractor. Caleb electric didn't follow up and left us in the lurch...don't hire "
