"My Old Range oven controller failed after 26 years. And with no replacement parts available, I was facing a very difficult and expensive replacement prospect for the 40" custom range countertop. I reached out to Neli and quickly got an appointment. We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. Working and Neli was an incredible experience, so easy and it saved so much money. I highly recommend Neli, what a great service!"

"I called and they were able to come to my home and repair my oven the next day. The two repair men were super nice, efficient, and repaired the oven pretty quickly!! Cannot thank you enough for being able to fit me in almost immediately."

"Al was fantastic. He constantly updated me on the status and completed the repairs in a timely and efficient manner. I would recommend AK Home Repair for any appliance service. Thank you!"

"Mike responded quickly to my request. My refrigerator wasn’t working and he came out promptly with part in hand and fixed it all at a fair price. Very knowledgeable and explains what he’ll be doing. Takes time to answer any concerns or questions. Highly recommend!! Thank you Mike."

"????? Excellent experience with Dynamic Vent and Gas Services! They did an outstanding job installing our gas fireplace. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and paid close attention to every detail. They took the time to explain how everything worked, made sure the installation was completed safely and correctly, and left the area spotless. Communication was great from start to finish, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work provided. I highly recommend Dynamic Vent and Gas Services to anyone needing gas fireplace installation or service. Definitely a company you can trust!"

"Great service, I called and they were onsite same day to repair our GE fridge. The man who came knew his stuff (he was a 'fridge whisperer'!), was well presented, courteous and was in and out of our house in under an hour with the fridge repaired on the spot! Couldn't ask for better. :) My only complaint is that I was charged over $400 to replace a $90 part (I checked the manufacturer's website). Over $300 for less than an hour of labor - that seems a little over the top!"

"They had a cancellation ans called to see if they could come early. They looked ate our washer and didn't try to push us toward a repair knowing that it would be more costly than replacing the washer. We loved the honesty."

"Great service and very professional and knowledgeable. Showed up on time, every time for a few visits to repair a broken ice maker. Only thing questionable was when paying them, there was no actual paperwork for the parts I purchased or the labor. I received an electronic receipt via email. It was almost a bit too streamlined. I wanted more details about what I paid for. Regardless, I highly recommend and would use them again for appliance repairs."

"The repairman seemed honest. He told me what the problem with the dishwasher was and that he could fix it but it would probably break again. We decided to just get a new dishwasher. He told me the price of the part for the refrigerator and we still haven't made a decision about it. I was a little disappointed that the man who returned one of my later calls couldn't find the paperwork from the job as a reference. They never fixed anything, but they were honest.
