He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Lenny & Kenny were very pleasant. They did a check on my washing machine to see what and where the problem was. In addition to needing a new off/on button, Lenny & Kenny both stated that it needed the mother board replaced. Lenny gave me an estimate of what it would cost. He also gave me several options on how to either repair the current machine or get a new washing machine. They were friendly, thorough, gave me several options. "Great service, I called and they were onsite same day to repair our GE fridge. The man who came knew his stuff (he was a 'fridge whisperer'!), was well presented, courteous and was in and out of our house in under an hour with the fridge repaired on the spot! Couldn't ask for better. :) My only complaint is that I was charged over $400 to replace a $90 part (I checked the manufacturer's website). Over $300 for less than an hour of labor - that seems a little over the top!"

He told me the price of the part for the refrigerator and we still haven't made a decision about it. I was a little disappointed that the man who returned one of my later calls couldn't find the paperwork from the job as a reference. They never fixed anything, but they were honest.

"It went well, the first appointment had to be cancelled (or changed somehow, I can't remember exactly) so he gave me a discount. He found a piece of plastice that had broken off of something and stuck in the motor. It was a very quick repair, but took two visits as a part had to be ordered. The first "look see" visit was deducted from the total cost of the repair."
