"I had a couple of exterior pipes that were leaking, one of them into the wall, so I was in a hurry to have them fixed. They arrived for the job slightly late, checked it, gave me a quote up front, and I told them to do it. They did the job well (I hope). My concern is that the cost was excessive: $491 for a job that took two hours, that's about $250 per hour. I also asked them about another issue: replacing a faucet in the bathroom, and the quote was about $400 more, so I told them not to do this other job. I was really surprised by the pricing."

I received a call from Jeff Butler and we discussed the scope and cost of the project. Jeff offered some knowledgeable suggestions for the project. The pricing for the project was very reasonable and an installation date was set. Both Jeff and Phil arrived on time. Jeff even brought both a bone and a biscuit colored sink to the house so we could get the best match for what we were replacing. I am not aware of any other plumbing companies would do that for a customer. Both men were very professional and friendly. Phil actually handled the installation project. Phil is superb plumber and a perfectionist. His workmanship is excellent. The results of the project were amazing. I am already planning on Butler Plumbing for some additional projects.
