We were originally upset because in spite of warnings that they would have to work around some travel, they showed up while we were gone and did the job incorrectly (They needed access through our house to do it correctly) and also spattered the foam material on our screen and house. There was poor communication between the home office and the field technician. Might have caught them on a bad week."
