"Excellent workmanship & mgmt. The house didn't fit in with the new homes built in the past 2-3 yrs. I love to look at my renovated home now and have received many compliments . passerbys and neighbors. The picture window installed, paint color choices, etc. the leader implemented were additional pluses for the nice house appearance. Finding a company, person, or team that are people-oriented, professional, love their work, have great taste and a good eye for developing great final results ... these things are very important in choosing the RIGHT TEAM. I did choose a winning team and I am truthfully happy and very satisfied. An old house, close to 100 yrs. old is definitely not an easy project. They made it seem simple and easy. Professional leadership. I didnt have to handle anything myself. No headaches during this process."

"The cover to our patio looks great, but ... to install the three posts. they needed to cut into the existing stone patio. After the cover was installed, they did an inadequate job replacing the stones around two of the three posts. I went to the office to pay for the work, told them of this problem, and they told me to send photos and they would get it addressed. I've sent photos (twice), but they have ignored my requests. Lesson learned: don't pay until you are completely satisfied."

"Overall pathetic job. I hired this contractor for a kitchen remodel. They were quick to accept money but extremely slow to work. Some of the cabinets were chipped and installed doors on the wrong side. After 9 months of not finishing a small kitchen, I ended up firing them. They’re dishonest. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else!"

"This hasn’t been a smooth process for me. There was a lack of communication. The team that came out was not prepared or detailed oriented and they did not properly cleanup their messes. When they arrived they did actually work the work just wasn’t satisfactory. I appreciate that Tristan did attempt to make things right. I’m disappointed at the fact that I wasn’t included in the decision making process as only I have a vision of how I want my home to look. The door is gorgeous. Thank you to Roger Soto for making the effort to do the work with pride and effort. Just because it wasn’t a smooth process for me doesn’t mean the same for you. Things were not conducted to my expectations. This may not be how Amberstone does business or wants to be known to operate but this is what happened. And this is my honest review as a patronage of a business I have a right to leave a review of my experience regardless if it’s positive or negative it’s not personal."
