We have never worked with someone that focuses so much on their customer. There wasn't a time during our project that I didn't know what was happening or didn't know the next step. Dan and Steve checked in daily, confirming what was on the schedule for that week and reviewing the long-term timeline. We've never completed a project as huge as gutting and replacing an entire kitchen, but felt at ease and confident with the work and choices during the remodel. Dan gave his honest opinion on our choices (couners, floors, etc.) in terms of durability and upkeep. It was big for us not to have to redo any of this work, but also have a kitchen of our dreams. This dream kitchen was complete in about 5 weeks which is so much faster than we expected. We wanted a functional kitchen by Thanksgiving (we were hosting) and that's what they gave us.
