The crew of people that they have working for them and the subcontractors they brought in were all professional and courteous. "I couldnâ t be happier with the work that Pro Custom Builders did for me. I had a piece of facia come loose and needed to be replaced. Tony was able to determine the manufacturer of the original facia based on photos and some information I provided. The facia was 17 years old and I was thrilled that he would be able to match what I had on the rest of my house. When the day came to fix the issue, he walked me through his plan to safely access the area that needed to be replaced, which was on an awkward spot of my roofline between the house and attached garage. After the work was done, he explained what he did and even mentioned a few siding issues that he noticed. "This was the second project that I have hired TCH to do. It's so nice to be able to hire one contractor and have the same people do all of the work (plumbing, carpentry, tile work, etc.,) instead of having to hire a different company for each part of the project, or have a company sub out the work. TCH has the best personnel, always punctual and very cooperative. Regularly checking with me to be sure the job gets done the way I expected. They were very careful to protect all areas from dust and debris and made an exceptional effort to clean up at the end of each day and when the job was completed. "I am giving my rep, Raul, a 5 star rating. I am about to take the plunge and have my house re-sided for the first time ever! My home is 116 yrs old and has only been painted several times over the original wood. However, paint no longer will fix what is happening underneath, with dry rot, aging, etc., so my only option is to have it re-sided & almost start from scratch. I met with Raul, who is "awesome", to say the least. He is knowledgeable, explains everything to a "T" and is so down-to-earth. My old "farm" house is 2 stories, plus a walk-up attic, so this would have cost me a fortune as there is a lot of "territory" to be covered. It still is going to cost me a fortune, but Raul covered every crook & cranny to cut my costs immensely to make it affordable. I am so grateful for his assistance. Now, for the actual removal of the old wood and installation of the new siding...I may have to write another "review" when that actually happens...(to be continued!)."
