"CHI did an exceptional job replacing windows and a storm door. The cluster of 7 windows is in a brick-cladded wall, with curved oak trim on the interior. The result is beautiful--the new trim matches perfectly. What most impressed us was how careful and thorough everyone was. The crew worked together to come up with the best way to handle problems. For example, the storm door hardware didn't fit right, so they came back an extra morning to modify the wood framing. Overall, they did what was needed to get a good result."

"We’ve hired a lot of painters during our 25+years as homeowners, and Laurie and Terri are by far the best! Two years ago we needed someone to paint a bedroom, plus our stairway, entryway and upstairs hallway (a very big job). We hired them because they had excellent reviews on Angie’s list and gave us the cheapest bid. We were so glad we did! In addition to being exceptional painters, they also repaired water damage in our downstairs closet so extensive that before the repair the closet was unusable. This year when we needed our family room and two more bedrooms painted, they were the only ones we called. In fact, we trusted them so much that we had them do the painting while we were on vacation! Once again, they did fabulous work, including repairing what we hope is our last water damage ever and replacing trim pieces that my husband had been promising to do for years. "Although Lindus was not the lowest bid we received (they were in the middle of the pack) yet because of their excellent ratings on Angie's List we selected them to do the project. Removing 14 double-hung wood windows and two large bay windows (including frames & interior trim), cutting back the exterior siding slightly, replacing with Marvin Infinity fiberglass units (including the two large bay window units) and installing new interior trim was a four day project for the crew of three. The workmen were enjoyable people to be around, they worked as a great team together and the project moved along rapidly, Chris, the supervisor and finish carpenter on the job, did flawless work. The icing on the cake was when their quality control person did an in-person final check a few weeks after completion. He literally spent two hours examining every square inch of the product and their work inside and outside. He found two small errors which will be addressed. It is doggone rare to find a company that takes this kind of pride in their work any more, but Lindus definitely does. Would we recommend them? We already have. With pleasure."
