He persistently worked with the city to get the building permit, finally ending a tedious 10 month process. Crews were here working every day. "I hired Emmanuel 2 years ago for a major remodel of my townhome. The remodel went well and I was very happy with the results. Emmanuel was great to work with, very detailed in his estimate, and very businesslike when I requested changes. I am coming back 2 years later to write this because I did have a problem with some of the tile work. After 2 years, I sent Emmanuel a message with my concern. He immediately sent out a tile technician. He covered the costs of the repair, including procuring additional tile.
