I did my due diligence, researching roofing companies/contractors in the San Diego area and obtaining seven (7) quotes. C&I came back as the low bidder - which, honestly, made me a little nervous at first. But I did my research and they seemed like a solid company - having been a staple in Spring Valley for decades and having good customer reviews as well as an A+ rating with BBB. In addition, they were using the same or superior materials to all the other guys. I hired them and was very glad I did. This company is awesome - from top to bottom. The work team they sent out was stellar - timely, efficient and focused on their job. They were also very friendly and put-up with all my questions.
