However, after inspecting the water heater, he discovered the water softener discharge lines came loose and where spraying water during recharge. One of the primary decisions to pick this company over the others was due to more favorable financing terms. There was a small snafu with clearance of the water heater exhaust, which was noticed by the technicians before beginning the work. Ultimately, they decided to fix the exhaust issue, which included a lot of extra work, but enabled them to complete the installation of the new furnace within a week that the work was originally scheduled. And they did not charge extra to do this extra work, which is a bonus. The installers, Kyle and Hunter, did a great job, were very knowledgeable, and were very personable/professional. We would highly recommend to others."
