I already used once Secure Roofing to repair roof on a shed and naturally decided to give my business to Mike Tenehey Mike and his team were very responsive from the time of my first inquiry right though until job completion. The price was reasonable, and we scheduled work in a few weeks. Due to bad weather the work was postponed 2 times, but we were not in rush and flexible. The roofing team carefully placed tarp around house to protect flowers and bushes. The work of replacing 1000 sq feet of roof was done very professionally in about 6 hours, all debris and trash were removed afterwords. Mike also recommended a specialist and scheduled gutters replacement, so couple weeks later we also got new gutters. "It all started with a sagging beam in the dining room of our almost 300 year old house. We knew that it would require special skills  to figure out what the problem(s) were and what would be needed to fix things. 
Colonial Restorations was the answer!  I found their ad in Angie's List Boston and North edition and went to their website where we found pictures of old houses, barns and mills all requiring the sort of work we knew we were going to need.
Tom Greene and his son Brad came to look at the project, talked in depth with us about what might be needed, and worked up a plan and estimate for us.  They were very honest and straight forward about the problems facing us and the fact that as they started the job they might find more problems than we were expecting. (They were right!) 
My husband, a mechanical engineer , had done a lot of restoration work on other parts of the house many years ago and was impressed with the knowledge and understanding that Tom and Brad about handling this particular job.  They communicated well with us and answered many questions (from me) about what was being done.  The work progressed, between rainstorms in June and July, and when the job was finished,  the north side of our 18th century house was proudly sporting new sills, posts, plates, floor joists and a roof  extension.
We are preparing to hire them back again for another project on the front of our house.  We wouldn't have anyone else do this work.  Tom and Brad really know what they are doing!"

"I added a dormer to our house, and part of the project was to replace the roof for the entire house. WR Construction replaced my neighbor's house last December, and I was astonished by their performance, so I asked them to provide a quote for our roof and the wood siding for the new dormer. Their price was very competitive and included all quality materials, so I awarded them the job. All materials and a dumpster arrive on a Wednesday. Thursday morning, William and 8 of his crew arrived and went to work. They covered the ground around the entire house and draped tarps from the roof edges to tarps on the ground, so the home and shrubs were protected from the debris sliding off the roof. The entire roof was stripped by 9 am. The debris was shoveled into wheelbarrows and loaded into the dumpster by 11. They installed new drip edges, water & ice, chimney flashing, and a water barrier. 5-6 nail guns install shingles for our 5000 SF house in about 5 hours. They even did our shed and the wood siding for the dormer. They were done cleaning up by 6 pm, and I was thrilled with their work. I HIGHLY recommend WR Construction!!!"
