Ours was a complicated remodel that involved everything from installing new and moving old plumbing, tile work, new electric, moving a wall 2ft, to detail work. Carpenter's kids made short work of the entire project. They were 1 day over in their estimate, but they came MEMORIAL DAY to finish and were still ~2 weeks faster than all other quotes. "I can’t say enough good things about Richie Builders. I never dreamed this project could be completed so quickly, professionally and perfectly. They tore down a CNN load bearing wall between my living room and b kitchen, installed a beam, finished with drywall, texture and installed flooring where we removed cabinets. They started the job one week after I accepted their proposal. The three young men doing the construction were at my home by 7 every morning and worked until they had to break for drywall setup etc. They were all friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable, answering any questions I had.
