"1600+ dollars so far to clear a simple clog and it’s still not fixed. 9 hours late to the water jet appointment. Flooded my bathroom, twice! The helper didn’t know how to install a toilet (first the pressure line then the wax seal). I had to chase them backing up the driveway as they left it flooding! Double charged the camera fee ($495) because they didn’t have the water jet with them. Toilet still won’t flush, tub won’t drain. Called to try and get them to stand behind their work and they wanted to schedule another $1100 trip to try and do the work they never did the first time. Don’t get ripped off like I did, take your business somewhere else."

"Please find a different company if you don't want constant repairs and replacements! The past 2 years since ARS replaced ours have been a nightmare. After paying $8k to replace the old HVAC for a single-level home, the system stopped working over six times within the first year. Nearly every time was in the heat of the summer, with the company being unable to come out for over 24h once and the heat reaching nearly 90 degrees overnight in the house. Now, less than 2 years later, the thermostat has stopped working. $109 fee to be told it's broken (we know... that's why we called) and $300 to replace a thermostat that's under warranty. We spoke with management about all these issues, just to be told they were sorry but there was nothing they could do. Keep in mind we had a 20-year-old HVAC and 40-year-old furnace before ARS that didn't give us ANY issues until they were too old to keep going. We 100% regret going with ARS, and have stopped using them for all repairs and tuneups."

"In doing my research, I spoke to Becky and then Randy on the phone who were both very helpful and personable. Afterward, I set up an appointment on the following day for Paul to replace my water heater and install a pressure regulator using parts that I had purchased myself. The next day Paul called and said that he was running ahead and could start early, which was appreciated and the work was finished within a couple hours. Paul was very professional, diligent and attentive to detail, but also friendly and he took the time to explain why/what he was doing and how it affects the system along with the proper homeowner maintenance needed. Add all that to an excellent price for the service and that makes me a very happy customer who will call Randpro whenever I need a plumbing service."

"Be wary! Mr Conkin installed an HVAC unit in our home in 2015. The unit is under warranty and is currently broken down. He originally offered to come on the morning of February 7th (great!), however by noon we realized he wasn't showing up. This was after we arranged to be at the home and waiting. We called and texted, after multiple attempts he said he would be there within an hour. He did not show up. Since then we have left multiple other phone calls texts and emails all to no response. We are unsure what is going on."
