"Surprisingly smoothly. Todd and Chris were patient in explaining options and costs. They came as scheduled and got the job done in a half day, including reworking defective plumbing and installing wiring for the new unit. They were sympathetic to our being without hot water, and they stayed until they finished (after dark). They pointed out the value of a whole-house surge protector, since we have computers, tv and an electric car all susceptible to surges and lightning. That job was also reasonable and painless. The power was off 20 minutes, as predicted, and I don't have to run around unplugging susceptible appliances when lightning storms come through. I have lost a computer due to surges, and it costs many times the cost of protection. They are smart, friendly, reliable and reasonable. I'm glad I found them...here on Angie's list!"
