"Great experience! After appt. was scheduled, the owner/plumber called and then arrived within his promised timeframe. He promptly determined the problem, gave me an estimate for the job and after I agreed to have him perform the repairs, he worked diligently to clear out the clogged drain. He was also respectful of my home by placing a waterproof mat down where he was doing the repairs to avoid anything messy getting on the floor. "They were an extremely til notch company to deal with great customer service we had a fire and needed a complete rebuild Reid and A Hours amazed us as they dealt with our insurance company and our insurance company was impressed because they have all their master plumbing, gas, electric HVAC and plumbing licenses. They have a residential building license. They turned in all their insurance and Workmen's Comp. and their bond certificate over to the insurance company and they were able to do everything for us and we did not have to go higher a bunch of different contractors! The insurance adjuster came over and even commented it is some of the best work he's ever seen. They were extremely clean , very detailed , on time , extremely communicative and for us the price was worth it!! Our home is back and just in time as we have a new baby! "Our water heater stopped working overnight and we contacted Done Rite Services in the early morning to diagnose the issue. They immediately responded and said someone would be out to the house later that afternoon/evening. Edgardo called later in the day and asked if he could come out earlier. Upon arrival he took the proper COVID precautions and wore and mask and also ensured he covered his shoes to protect our floors. After diagnosing the problem and considering the age of the water heater and the overall installation not being up to code, we decided a replacement was needed. Edgardo thoroughly and patiently described the options for a replacement water heater and quickly checked if they were result in stock. After deciding on a model, he was able to schedule an installation in about 24 hours! During the replacement, Edgardo and Ethan were very thoughtful, respectful, and thorough, ensuring they took care to install the water heater correctly and to code.
