"I must admit, I had Unicorp replace all of the windows in our home with new vinyl energy efficient windows 10 or more years ago. Their installers were excellent. The quality of their windows were excellent. The proof in the pudding is that after 8 years not one of my windows has an air leak. Not one has leaked water. Not one window has had the vinyl or track break. In short, nothing has happened. Now that's a quality window! We also purchased a custom sliding glass door (in the kitchen to the deck) from Unicorp that to this day I believe is the best door in my entire home. That door is opened and closed constantly to let the cats in and out. If you own cats, you will understand how often that door is opened and closed on a daily basis. We have not had a single hiccup ever with that door. And in the winter, I sit right behind the door and no matter how cold or windy it is, I never feel a thing at the kitchen table. Because Unicorp did such a great job in replacing the windows in our home, my wife insisted that we use Unicorp to replace the roof last week. If you see my review on the roof, they did a 5 star job."

"The tiles matched nicely and JW was the only place we found that was able to locate this particular size and complete repairs at a reasonable price. Other companies could not find the tiles, wanted to replace the entire floor, or quoted an exorbitant price to do a small area. The work was very professionally done. They took care of the design work as well as arranging all the subcontracting to perform the construction work. "I thought the work needed was way to expensive compared to other estimates I received who were willing to do the same thing with one exception (adding a closet door).  Even if that was not a factor, I would have thought they were way to expensive for me. My bathroom is very small.  I had a friend of mines have her bathroom done and it was very upscale with all the trimmings.  Her bathroom is twice the size of mines and it cost her only $10,000 to get it done.  I don't want fancy or upscale (lack of better term) just nice.  So I thought the price was a bit much.   I think they are a reputable company, just not for me.  Overall, the absolute deciding factor was how many "questions" were asked that I thought were to personal (where do I work, what do I do, etc).  I intensely dislike this!  Even if the price was great, I would have said, "no" because of that alone!  He probably meant no harm, but due to the time we live in, it is a little spooky when people ask you questions such as these that you don't really know.  It's not that I can't afford to pay the estimated price, I just choose not to.  I want to have both bathrooms done at some point,  but not at $24,000 (estimate).  My bathrooms are small.  If they were larger I could understand.  But they are small.  Again, I do feel this is a reputable company, but I just didn't want to pay that price for a small bathroom nor do I like personal questions from people I don't really know."
