Home ownership is new to me, and I had no clue as to where to start. So, I just started googling and I had several so called â expertsâ come by and give me quotes any where from $8,000 to $14,000, and I was told so many different stories. Matty (Matthew Mirabile) walked in and assessed the situation in absolutely no time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and confident. He took his time explaining what was needed and made sure I understood. He made his offer, which was very fair, and I did not feel like he was trying to take me for a loop because I was a woman. By the time he left I knew this was the guy for the job. I even had some one offer to do the job for $500 less, but I decided to stay with Ontime Piping And Heating because I had already given my word and after meeting with Matty I just knew this was the right decision. It was the best decision I made. Matty sent his guys in and handled the entire job in one day. Matty handled every single aspect of the entire process from taking out the old equipment and discarding to purchasing and installing (top quality equipment I must say there were no shorts there) the new equipment to the electrician. It was definitely a team process, and every single member of the team was knowledgeable, confident, professional and pleasant. The area was cleaned up and the new equipment is sitting nice and pretty. Ontime Piping And Heating has a customer for life. I will most definitely recommend Ontime Plumbing And Heating to anyone and everyone. This day and time finding these types of businesses with some type of integrity is hard to come by. "I call this company a guy name Paul picked up and then he send a guy name Raj. The guy told me $400 for the fix and tone up for my steam boiler. Then he didn't even drain the water and clean the boiler. Next day the boiler was flooded and I call them and for next 2 days they kept telling me they are coming and never showed up! So I had to get some other guy to fix the issue. *This company overcharge you and don't do the job properly and leave you hanging*"

"I got a great quote from them -- the first to respond once I put in my project info on Angi -- and set up an appointment for a few days later. They ever showed. It was technically a holiday so I have them the benefit of the doubt and called to see what happened. No apology, just a vague "they must have messed it up in the office." I believe people deserve a second chance so I made another appointment for two days after that. I asked him three separate times if the appointment was confirmed and he said yes. Well, now it's an hour after the appointment time and he has not arrived, nor called to indicate he is running late. While it seems like some people had a positive experience when they actual show up, it shouldn't be this hard to get someone to come to an appointment they have made."
